At Illinois Spinal Care, experienced chiropractor Travis Bertke, DC, and the team provide complete chiropractic care and functional medicine to people of all ages in Elmhurst and Palatine, Illinois, and throughout Cook and DuPage Counties.

After graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, co-founding Illinois Spinal Care in 2007 was the realization of a dream to build a unique, patient-centered experience. Today, my mission is to help our patients and our local community “live their best lives both now and later.” Elmhurst is truly home for my family; my three girls all attend school locally, and I am deeply committed to keeping our community thriving and healthy. Beyond clinical care, I have proudly served on the Elmhurst City Centre Board of Directors for 14 years and counting. As a passionate fitness enthusiast and member of several local gyms, I try to practice what I preach—focusing on long-term health, vitality, and prevention so you can live, work, and play at your absolute best.

Travis Bertke

Dr. Travis Bertke is a skilled and experienced chiropractor and co-founder of Illinois Spinal Care. Since partnering to establish the practice in 2007, Dr. Bertke and his team of experts have provided advanced chiropractic care to people of all ages throughout Cook and DuPage Counties.

Brian Mendoza

Dr. Brian Mendoza joined the ISC team in 2012 and has been a great addition. Originally from Carpentersville, Illinois, Dr. Mendoza attended Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Mendoza is bilingual and uses that skill to serve both the Spanish and English speaking communities in the Chicagoland area.
